Eleanor was born and raised in San Jose. She is a mom of three adult sons and Nana to five grandchildren.
She came to know Christ and his saving grace in 1991. After 28 years of marriage, she was widowed at the age of 49 that left her with a passion to reach out and share her testimony with drug addicted families she meet. Through many family tragedies, she has been able to see God’s promises come true because He has never left her or forsaken her.
She was blessed to have been able to retire early in life so that she could have more time to labor for Christ in the church and to help the Pastor lighten his burden. She also wanted to be available to help watch her grandkids.
She was introduced to Kids Club (an after school program) in 2009 and has had the pleasure of being the Kids Club Administrator for Redeemer. Kids Club serves at an Elementary School sharing the gospel of Christ. While doing this, God has shown her how HE’s in control of every situation and all we have to do is follow Him.
