Christ-Centeredness
The Goal: To exalt Christ in his sufficiency and supremacy in all things.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will be governed and guided by the person and work of Jesus Christ. We will preach with Christ as the central theme of all of Scripture. We will teach that Christ is the supreme goal of all things and has first place in all things. We will set forth Christ as the greatest good for all mankind. Christ and his gospel will saturate every ministry in the church. (Luke 24:13-27, 44-46; 1 Cor 2:2; Col 1:15-20; Eph 1:10)
Discipleship Culture
The Goal: To develop the next generation of disciple-making disciples.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will cultivate and maintain a culture of discipleship where older men & women will invest in younger men and women (both in age and years in the faith). Disciplers will teach faithful disciples who will be able to teach others in life and faith also. This culture of discipleship will spread to all ministries within the church so that we train the next generation of ministry leaders and workers. Leadership Development
The Goal: To spread the Word of Christ through leaders and ministries.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will train up leaders and teachers who are marked by Christ-likeness and who are well-equipped in understanding and applying the Scriptures. We will be a lighthouse for the gospel of Christ, prayerfully investing in our leaders, and even transient citizens, so they will be well equipped and stirred with a passion for the exaltation of Christ. Family-Based Ministry
The Goal: To raise up children who worship and obey Christ.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will provide Christ-centered teaching and discipleship to our children. We will prioritize spiritual investment through teaching, songs, prayer, and individual communication. We will partner with and encourage fathers to lead their children in the home with the goal that our children would be part of the family of God. Body-Life
The Goal: To be a church dominated by the love and selflessness of Christ.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will be a collection of saints who are committed to obeying Christ. We will strive for every member to be used in the kingdom through service to one another. We will be marked by hospitality towards all people groups who walk through our doors. We will be a family that prays and cares for one another spiritually and physically. (1 Pet 4:7-11; John 13:34-35; Eph 4:4; Phil 2:1-8; Rom 12; Heb 3:13; 10:24-25; 1 Cor 12)
Community Outreach
The Goal: To reach our communities with the Gospel of Christ.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will engage and evangelize the community through “everyday” relationships as well as through intentional events. We will pray for fruit of our labors in evangelism. We will be intentionally multi-ethnic in our approach to ministry, taking into consideration how to reach the many people groups that surround us. (John 20:21; Acts 1:8; Col 4:5)
World-Wide Missions
The Goal: To reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Plan: Therefore, Redeemer Bible Church will foster a passion for the glory of Christ to be spread throughout the world. We will link arms with like-minded men and ministries around the world. We will support missionaries through prayer, equipping, shepherding, and giving. We will equip and send men into the gospel ministry locally, regionally, and globally. (Ps 67; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46-49; Acts 1:8; Rom 1:16; Isa 49:7)
